Eric at FS, if you are listening, Access is more important to address than
"research it" as Access will help folks get jobs.
I also love Research it, but it is a luxury and not a basic that needs to be a
part of a strong Jaws program that helps folks get jobs.

Frankly, I love research it a lot. But FS should spend more time fixing the
acces problem and the other ms aplication problems before focusing on
research it. One thing though. Why doesn't fs make a deal with the different
pages to have a "direct" link to them from research it. That way they won't
have to worry with broken links.
