Rob, Keep your hopes on the back burner, and your workarounds handy -- I seriously doubt that FS will ever "catch up" with MS-Access or MS-Project, given the amount of work they spend on Word, Excel, and Outlook, just trying to get rid of the bugs that creep in to every revision -- and don't even ask me if I think they should spend even more time with the ResearchIt tool and iron out the variant problems with sports scores and broken web links. I think it's got worse instead of better. Play with the tab & f6 keys to navigate around. I've been doing queries, by coding the SQL in notepad, then in access, switch to the sql view, and paste the SQL from notepad into it. If there are no errors, it will save, and you can run it. If there are errors, you'll have to fix the query. It's not easy, or fun, but can be accomplished. My hopes are that Jaws will eventually catch up and work better with Access. By the way, I use Vista Home, Office 2007, and Jaws Version 12. Good luck. I expect this is a common enough application though so wondering what others do. My current issue is the design of queries. I have tried using the query wizard and the query designer but Jaws isn't reading when a table is selected and the resultant fields, query types and values etc. So just wondering how people are using access...
