Re: About X-Window

Using JAWS with Exceed is possible, but not at all pleasant. And it is so
dependent on the X client being used on the Unix/Linux platform as to
whether or not their is sufficient text on the screen for JAWS to be of any
use. In particular, TCL scripts are almost practically completely
inaccessible. However, I did have some success using X11 linked clients
with JAWS, the biggest problem is navigating from control to control.

It's been a while since I've done anything in this environment so I can't
quite recall exactly how I managed to get the two API working reasonably
well. And I relied quite heavily on a telnet connection to help provide
work around and the JAWS cursor on the X-client screens.
