Hi George,
No, I got three full retail versions, when windows had that big sale event
online, back in july. It ran 49.99 Euro a copy.
If you are looking for a somewhat cheaper regular retail version now, try
and buy an OEM version. Same program only without Microsoft phone support
and without the pretty box. Rest is the same.
