AVG and Avast

Hi all,

I have a couple of questions:

I am currently running AVG 8.5.3.
What is the latest version of AVG Free available, and is it accessible with 
Jaws?

And,
I have seen a lot of messages about Avast antivirus.
Is it compareable to AVG and Norton when it comes to protection and frequent 
updates?
Is it accessible with Jaws?

I am running Jaws 10.
