Hello! I have also used AVG 6 andnow 7 and have never had any infection.
however,with norton, I had about 3 or so serious infections.

I use AVG as my anti virus. I use the free version. Version 7 is good with
JAWS version 6. Be aware that you'll have to set your JAWS up to read all
text rather than just highlighted text when you go in to the program's
control center. If you like, you can set JAWS up so that it only reads all
text while in the virus vault and the control center and just highlighted
text else where in the program. I've had it for months and never an
infection once ever.

for the new version of JAWS which I hope to install from disc, after it

If you have used Norton and changed over to AVG, which do you prefer
