AVG 8.0 no updates

Hi gang, I downloaded AVG 8.0, but have not been getting daily updates,I did 
not "see" any dialog box during the download  to set the time. Is there any way 
I can go back and set the time? I am running Jaws 7.0 with XP home. Your help 
will be greatly appreciated!
