It's called the alt tab replacement.
It will show up in add remove programs as Alt Tab Task Switcher.

This is a notepad supplied to me by the company and of course, they have all
sorts of junk on it.  I'll have to look for the Power Toys.  Any idea which
one replaces the Alt-tab?
