Hi Dave,
What version of jaws are you using. I've recently started getting an
intermittent log on prob with jaws 5.08... and xp. Jaws is silent and though
I can log on with narrator, I lose sound when I get to the desk top. This
prob is related to a video intercept error.
It sometimes clears up after several restarts. In the error state, I am not
able to reinstall jaws.
