A couple Thunderbird questions

Hi people,
I'm using Jaws 8.0.422 and Thunderbird 2.0 and need a little help. While in the message composition window, how do I get to the field where I type the body of the message? I can tab around to the other fields, just not to the message body field. Secondly, I can get to a list view which has "personal address book" as the first item, but I am unable to actually open the address book. There must be a key stroke I'm missing.
