Not to mock your misfortune, my dear Allen. But because the mention of such 
a keyboard rendered all the foregoing discussion amusingly moot. Without a 
right side Windows key, there's nothing to argue about, is there? :-) So it

i can't use my right WinKey+tab or any others combinations since my keyboard
doesn't have a right WinKey. so i have to use my left
WinKey+tab. i have no choyce.
