Hi all,

Using JAWS 16 and JAWS 15 on Windows7 64bit.

I'm very new to JAWS scripting, and I would like to make the WordWeb Pro
dictionary a bit easier to use.

Specifically, how can I write a script which will allow me to quickly jump
to an object on the screen?

Within the WordWeb interface there are about 4 tabs associatd with different
dictionaries: WordWeb, Wikipedia, Wictionary, and WordWeb on line. I would
like to create WordWeb specific hotkeys which will quickly jump to each of
those 4 tabs.

For example, let's say I looked up the word "dog," and the definition within
WordWeb was not thorough enough for me. I would then like to press
ControlShift2 to switch to the Wikipedia dictionary tab, then press
ControlShift3 to quickly squitch to the Wictionary tab. Finally, I want to
press ControlShfit1 to switch back to the WordWeb tab. If I turn on the JAWS
cursor I can easily navigate the WordWeb screen, which leads me to believe
this goal is possible.

How in the heck can I get started with such a task? <Smile>.

I know I can press Windows key+Insert+Numpadminus for script mode, but I
haven't a clue as to where to go from there. I read the jaws scripting
manual, but it didn't seem to be all that thorough as to how one goes step
by step in increasing accessibility within an application.

Absolutely any help at all will of course be very greatly appreciated.
