Hello,
In the Find and replace dialog box, you need to put ^P^P in the word to
find, and ^P in the next text area.
That way, every time you have 2 blank lines they are replaced by 1 blank
line.
You should run the find and replace as many times as necessary.

Hi lister
I have a word file with over 600 pages and contains a lot of emtpy line. Now
I'd like to find a programs for deleting thos lines. I have a jaws script
for doing it but when the script works, I can't use my computer for another
work because that script must perform a loop for searching blank line. So
any body pleae help me
