[jawsscripts] Re: jaws12 with vb.net 2008 express

The express versions don't make it nearly as easy as the paid
versions. The commercial editions expose an extensibility object
model that FS hooks and that is why there is such a difference.

When I was trying to make a vs.net appmodule for nvda I didn't even
bother trying to make the express versions work it was going to be so
difficult. It would be somewhat easier for FS, since they do have
mirror drivers but still, the object model makes a huge difference.
