To all,
Wit the jaws function you only had to have the cursor in any part of the
table and then hit the key stroke. Yes, I know there is a function for
this in word, but the method I'm use to via JFW is easier and more
convenient for me.

Does anyone have any ideas on the function in question?

Why do u need it?  In the table menu of word there is a convert option,
w/a submenu, 1 of which is convert text to table, from whence u can
select delimiters, etc.  U first have to select the text u wanna
convert, of course, but this would surely be more effective than doing
it via jaws--I mean, generally speaking, if a program has a function
built in it usually does the job better than any screenreader function
which of necessity is not native to the application.

I've been copying that old script forward for several versions now. This time with version 9.0 the copied script doesn't work anymore. I looked closer and notice it calls a function named "convertTableToText()" which was in word.jsb of 8.0 but is no longer in word.jsb of 9.0. Does anyone know how to rebuild that script or decompile word.jsb so I can copy the function over?
