Well I ran a repair and it still won't compile. It is the one in the all
users folder by the way not my own user settings. I have no JSB files
for Word or WordCommon in my user settings either. Also have not run any
cracks for Jaws or any other programs. I ran the repair directly from
the FS install disk for Jaws 9.
This include is the last one in the top of WordCommon. Could I get
someone to look at it and tell me what I should replace word.hsh with?
Is it possible that FS shipped scripts with bugs or forgot to ship
Word.JSH?
These are the includes I have at the top of the file. The last one is
wrong.
include "MSOffice.jsm"
include "winword.jsh"
include "winword.jsm"
include"HjHelp.jsh"
Include "hjglobal.jsh"
Include "hjconst.jsh" ; constants for attributes, window classes
include "common.jsm"
include "MSOffice.jsh"
include "word.hsh"

As far as I know Jaws does not create files with a hsh extention, most
likely what was meant was jsh. But as I said probably the easiest and
less frustrating method would be to just run a repair or reinstall of
Jaws itself. I had seen a crack for Jaws that did that same sort of
thing, by corrupting script files and as long as the person did not run
the crack, Jaws ran fine.

Yes, I get an invalid variable icTabChar.
So I am assuming that the HSH file should be a header file of some sort.
I don't find any Word.JSH though.

Have you tried compiling without the include line or commenting it out?

I have been having trouble with word giving me an invalid function
message when I bring it up. I asked about it on the list a few days ago
and someone told me that the function was defined in Wordcommon.jss. I
found it defined in there but Wordcommon.jss won't compile because it
has an invalid include for Word.hsh. I don't see any source files named
word.* on my machine and I don't think HSH is a valid extension. Anyone
got any ideas as to what goes there?
