Hi Michael,

just 2 maybe's here...
1. you may not be familiar with the Script Utility,
insert+windows+numpadMinus, from Jaws 11 onwards, or the same thing, called
HomeRowUtility prior to that, insert+spacebar.
Best if you read the documentation for it, but once toggled on as above, F3
steps through some types of info, and F1 speaks what is found. There is a
lot more to it than that, & it is not as good as the other products already
discussed, but if those cant be used...

2. Doug's BX Toolbox, as far as I can remember, is just a set of scripts
that are installed into the user folder. If you cant run the installer, you
could do it manually.
If your system wont allow modification to the user folder, than there may
not be a point in exploring the applications.
*Note by, "just a set of scripts", I am describing what they are constructed
of, not their sophistication or usefulness, which is tops.

* Apologies if I have misunderstood your situation, or the problem.

Regards,
Paul from Australia.

Unfortunately, anything that is installed to my workstation that is not a
standard installation of JAWS is not possible at present.

I think you can use Dug Lee's BX tool box. It is a set of scripts so you
should be able to put them on your work computer. I haven't looked at them
for a while but I believe you can do what you want with them.
I don't know if there is a newer version but you might want to check it out.
