You should zip up the installer though as a lot of ISP's block .exe
attachments and downloads.

We make it in to exe files , in order to   simplify  the process of
installing jaws scripts.
These scripts give access to the user accounts in the control panel in xp/ 
You can also make it accessible , by turning on the virtual cursor in the
jaws configuration manager , but you will not have features like find , if
there are lots of users , it will save your time .
