[jawsscripts] Updated JAWS scripts for Firefox (Beta 0.8) and Thunderbird (Version 2.4)

Recent changes:
Added 11 web client utilities for a current total of 31, which are now
all summarized in a dedicated section of the documentation. Made the
Web Client Utilities command work with either Control+JAWSKey+Space or
Control+Insert+Space in either the desktop or laptop layout. Made Alt+Q
work in the Firefox dialog that prompts for confirmation about quitting
the program (previously, the key was performing the Query Block command
in that context as well).

Enhanced Control+S so that it works in an open message as well as in the
message list. Made the Web Client Utilities command work with either
Control+JAWSKey+Space or Control+Insert+Space in either the desktop or
laptop layout. If the latest FxMax is installed, this command currently
offers 31 utilities.
