[jawsscripts] Updated JAWS scripts for DC++ 0.7091

In case anyone is interested... Not much point unless you are a DC++ user, 
but here is the latest update.

V0.7091:
* Script Addition: Added automatic update checker, so when the next release 
of DC++ becomes available, you are welcome to try the current JAWS scripts 
on the new DC++ version. If the JAWS scripts detect that a script update is 
necessary, you will be prompted to send an automatic update notification, or 
to check for the latest script update.
* Bug Fix: The list views and tab groups now work correctly in the Finished 
Downloads and Finished Uploads screens, which are accessible through the 
View menu. You can now tab between each control within these areas.
* General Fix: Corrected script differences to reflect the most recent User 
Interface changes within DC++. For instance, the message window content and 
control prompts will now be announced correctly during navigation. Also 
includes some performance enhancements.
