[jawsscripts] Re: Text Editor & Scripts

Either TextPal or EdSharp may be used to compile JAWS scripts. EdSharp,
however, has essentially superceded TextPal in terms of both features and
performance. The only reason I can think of at the moment for using
TextPal instead is if one cannot install the .NET Framework 2.0 on the
computer (EdSharp is written in C# and depends on the .NET Framework).
If the .NET Framework is not found, the EdSharp installer tries to
retrieve it over the web.
