Have you modified any of your windows display settings? Are you using high contrast windows schemes? If so, these may be causing this behaviour. In this case it might be necessary to make modifications to whatever event that might be triggered by this text. This will be tricky to isolate, and may require multiple changes. If this is related to some windows setting, it would be easier to experiment with other settings to find something that provides you with similar results without producing this double speaking. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
