Hi Farzana,

The heading is the name of each column of information. I can get to them
by changing to the JAWS cursor, hitting control+home which takes me to the
top left corner of the screen, then hitting down arrow twice. JAWS 10
announces 'header bar' among other things. If I then use control plus
left/right arrow, I move between the visible headers. If your JAWS is
announcing times and dates, you should find a column named either 'sent' or
'received'. With the JAWS cursor on any heading, press numpad * which
should bring up a small pop up menu, the last item of which is
'customize...'. Clicking on this will bring up the customize dialog. You
will be in a list of items, change back to the PC cursor and arrow down to
the item you want to hide and tab to the 'hide' button and press it then the
ok button and that column should no longer be displayed.

  hth

Martin
