Hello Doug and listers.
I may have some difficulty to describe my work in english, and you might have
some difficulty to understand me.
When I adjust a place using hotspot clicker and choose the action to be left
double click, then add hot key to it, it doesn't work, although the cursor
still move to the exact place. When I hit the left mouse on the mouse path, it
works, but when i press the leftmouse button using jaws, it doesn't work.
Anyway, thanks for all of your suggestion.

To clear up a bit of confusion before I go to bed...
In laptop layout, JAWSKey+8 is left-click and JAWSKey+9 is
right-click. JAWSSKey+8 does not launch the Keyboard Manager when the
laptop layout is in effect.
You said you wanted a left double click, but then you said you used
JAWSKey+9. What you need is two JAWSKey+8's in quick succession, if
you really want a left double click.
Not sure if this will help, but it at least sounds possible.

First off, JAWSKey+8 gives you the keyboard manager. Second, are you
sure it's double-click and not just one? Most of those graphics are
only a single click.
