[jawsscripts] Regarding Microsoft crm

Hi,

Does anybody on this list have experience with the CRM software from
Microsoft called Dynamic CRM 3.0? Or, does anyone know of any accessible crm
solutions on the market?

A final question: I am trying to look into the application and at one point
the JAWS cursor won't get at a particular menu. However, the text is
available via the home row in "text inclusive", and "text restricted". It is
the text of a menu which is only accessible using the mouse. But, my
question is: Can I make this text from the "text restrictive" and "text
inclusive" information clickable or otherwise usable through scripting or
any other JAWS procedure?
