I'd reinstall jaws, installing 11 only, see if that helps. I've experienced
similar issues before when using a syncrosoft USB dongle for a studio
application, after I installed it, jaws became unauthorized. FS didn't
believe me when I explained the problem. Maybe something's interfearing in
your case, not sure... My problem was that the dongle reset itself to home
auth instead of pro.

But I already received .dath file and updated the dongle.
Do you know another thing that can help me?
I received a .dath file and entered in dongle viewer and used the update
buton to select the dath file.
Dongle viewer sayd that the process was finished successfully.
I already try to remove and reinstall sentinel, clear the registry and
nothing makes me authorized!

You might need a dath file to reset it, contact freedomscientific. Are you

I'm using a dongled version of JAWS. Util the 10 version of JAWS the dongle
authorizes JAWS correctly, but when I try to use JAWS 11 the dongle doesn't
authorizes JAWS. In the dongle viewer of jaws 10 a message shoing 3 ver
after JAWS 10 apears, but in dongle viewer of jaws 11 it shows a no options
enabled message.
Does anyone knows how can I solve it?
