[jawsscripts] Re: Installing a JSX script package in a limited Vista account

There is a known issue of JSX exhibiting that behavior with 64-bit
Vista.  I did not know of this on Vista32.  If admin rights cannot be
obtained via a UAC prompt, I suspect JSX is failing to get paths to
installed JAWS versions via the Windows registry.
