Hi David!
You can't do it with a direct command.
You can virtualize current window with ins+alt+W and then read the content
as a regular text line by line, character by character etc.
You can also put the focus to the "from" field, and then virtualize just
that control with ins+alt+shift+W.
Press escape to get out of virtualized mode.
