well no. not that I know of.

however, it can veeeery slowly crawl the screen looking for tooltips/text 
popups, and seeking to create hotspots/label areas that they might occur in 
with that text, if they occur as normative toolTip class event,
but, I personally haven't had a huge amount of success with that feature, 
and haven't tested it in a very long time.
it can be very coolit's though when it works, as can the ability to label a 
grid of like spaced spots/buttons, if, for example, you know that a mixer 
pannel has x number of faders in a row, or any shape really,
which may have a like spaced number of buttons or spots needed in horizontal 
fashion, and another amount in the Y axis etc.
Read all about these in the hsc help docs, traverse the headings in 
insert+f6 and check them out.
