There are some examples in the MSN helper jaws script file. I believe the F12
key is assigned to read the last message received from MSN when in any window.
MSN does use MSAA objects, so it might be a little different from non MSAA
windows.

Hi,
Would it be better for me to put either the JAWS or Invisible cursor in the
window? For example, I would turn one of them on and use something like move to
window.
Thanks.

You can, but you will need to get the object inside the window first.
Use the window handle along with one of the GetObject functions -- use
either GetObjectAtPoint if the window is visible, or
GetObjectFromEvent if the window is not visible.
Thx,
