Where do we get the program and the scripts?  This is for file sharing?

No, these scripts were written by myself this week for the latest release 
which came out earlier this month. Nothing more recent is available. The 
exact version of DC++ is mentioned under the Script Requirements heading on 
the script page mentioned earlier.
