At work, I use a tool written in Java SWING called NetCool Administrator.
I have two issues with this program right now:
1. In a specific tree view to control permissions all that Jaws will state is
'1 of 3' , 2 of 3' ... But never the text of the tree view or the Tree level.
Is there a way to get jaws to speak this information.
2. When I have up what is titled a dialog box, and I switch focus to another
application and then back to the Administrator JAWS always puts the virtual
cursor focus on the primary application window instead of the dialog box. The
only way I can get focus back to the dialog is by clicking with the right mouse
key on an area within the dialog. (Jaws doesn't even make this easy as most of
the dialog box is invisible to the jaws cursor and is only read by the virtual
cursor.
I have been reading jaws scripts for about 3 weeks and have made some
adjustments to Office Communicator to behave (mostly) like MSN's talk program.
Thanks for any inputs you can provide,
