[jawsscripts] Auto Update HTM file change

I thought it would be helpful to know that after they download the file, the
htm page is still visible so you can add code to link to your version
releases and bug fixes. Example below:

<head>

<title>1.3.6</title>

</head>

<body>

<a href="index.php#versions">Click here for version releases and bug
fixes</a>

</body>

</html>
