Hi,
I am a PHP programmer myself. For programming in PHP, you can use Notepad,
or Jamal Mazrui's wonderful EdSharp (at
http://empowermentzone.com/essetup.exe), which makes it perfectly
accessible. For ASP.net, which, let me warn you, sounds easy but is not as
easy as you might think, you can use Visual Studio 2005 or 2008, for which
there are Jaws scripts available, again written by our very own Jamal.
