[JAWSLite] web site trouble

I am on a discussion forum. It seems to be run by some software called eve
comunity or group e. I don't know how I am going to be able to use it. I
tried to post a new topic and the help menu says click the new tab on the
top left of the page. I find the word new and hit the left mouse twice and
nothing happens. It might be a java script or something. Is there any way I
can use this site.
