  Steve,

I had no better luck with Firefox on this website. JAWS shows two links, no
buttons and no frames. One link is to the same page, the other to "Chat." I
notice that JAWS reads "content frame" on one line, only to say "Content frame
end" on the next, which is also the last. The window you're looking for must
visually exist between those two lines. I say "visually" in a figurative sense.

Today I tried this site because I use qwest. the site is for remote
assistance. They can work your computer for you. the site is
    ra.qwest.com
that is with no www or http. Now when you go to the site it says that your
machine needs to install some kind of download controls. I did have to install
an active x control when I first go to the site. the qwest tech said there is a
little window in the middle of the screen that gives you the option of
installing these controls. I could not find it. With the jaws cursor I found
where it said "your machine needs to install these download controls." would
you like to install. and there were suppose to be two buttons yes and no. I
couldn't get to the buttons. jaws would just say done internet resize symbol. .
I never ran into this before. what is it about.
