[JAWSLite] Re: video intercept

Hi Laura,
Run Narrator.
Find your JAWS program group.
Find Tools under that.
Find  Video Intercept under that.
Run the program.
Tab to the set of radio buttons.
Select Install to re-install the video.
Press Enter.
Reboot.
Start JAWS.
That should do it.

HELP! Jaws is only partially running -- I need urgent help to get jaws back
on my laptop before leaving on a long trip tomorrow -- I installed Windows
Live Messenger yesterday and ever since when I reboot, jaws is saying
something about video intercept missing -- it prompts me to reinstall but
fails whenever I try as it is not found. It also fails to recognize that I
have activated jaws already on this computer -- it prompts me to activate
and runs in 40 minute mode.  Finally, there is a new hardware wizard that
runs every time I reboot. I have no idea why it is doing all this but I am
desperate for answers -- preferably reassuring ones.

Could someone please call me on the following number? 704-904-0483. I
normally wouldn't post a phone number but if this isn't resolved I may have
to rework some family trplans
