Lennie,
All I did was hit the install button and it apparently installed, because I 
could open the program, and it said, anti spy wear, and I figured there must be 
some kind of button to start it, so I kept tabbing and just heard, button, 
button, button, no labels, just the word button. I couldn't tell what the 
buttons were.

  I installed Super Anti-spyware and I found it to be accessible. I am using 
the latest version of Jaws, but XP Home.

  Can you provide us exactly what you did during the installation. I did not 
make any changes to the software after installation. It resides in the system 
tray and that it is where I go to get the latest definitions and start the scan.
