See if there are any new drivers for your video card.

Try doing a windows update and select custom to see if there are any
hardware updates for your pc.

I have a sighted friend that uses my computer once in a while. We did a
googgle search and she said the screen just sat there with a bar at the top
displaying the web page but not the results. If I used jaws I could hear the
results. I tried turning the virtual cursor off and even unloading jaws. 
what is it.
