Don't know of a quick fix, but I would recommend upgrading to Jaws 7.1,
it's
a free upgrade.
But maybe you have a reason for not upgrading.

Hello,
I am running Jaws 7.0 on a xp machine with IE 6 and here is my problem.
Within the past couple of months I have noticed that the up arrow button
won't read anything in outlook Express. . Page up and down arrow will
work, but not up arrow. Then after reading a few messages, longer ones
with more than one page Will read to the top of the second page and stop.
I
have to down arrow to read the remainder of the message.
Does anyone have a quick fix for this problem.
Many thanks!
Ed,
