[JAWSLite] Re: problem with arrowing through macro list

hmmm, that depends on what the macro display is, if its a dialog, then none, if
its a child window, then you would use the same series of commands to maximize
it after you make sure the parent window, the application is maximized.

What's the difference in commands in maximizing the application and
maximizing the window? Thanks.

no problem, smile hope one or the other works for you, the last thing I can
think of is if your window has been reduced from fully maximized to "normal"
but not minimized, this could restrict what jaws can "see"

I've tried everything but the Jaws repair and the script initializing. I
will try that now. Thank you for the very constructive suggestions.

a few things I can think of to try would be:
#1, try tabbing out and back into the list if possible
#2, re-initialize the scripts while your working by hitting insert and
control and escape at the same time,
    3. Kill and restart jaws and see if that clears it up, or the final
#4, do a repair on jaws to see if something has "worn out" so to speak, a
corrupted file of one sort or another

hope this helps, or someone can come up with something better!

I hope someone can help me. I use macros for medical transcription in
Microsoft Word 2000. When I go into my macro list, until a couple of days ago,
I could arrow up and down and hear the name of the macro. Now, Jaws doesn't
read it. I have to use the say line command in order to get it tell me which
macro I am selecting. I am using Jaws 7.1. Any help would be very much
appreciated. Thanks in advance so as not to clutter up the list with "thank
yous".
