just adjust the voice rate in word.
so open the jaws window and choose voices from the options menu.  Then
choose global (or dinividual voices) In this dialog there is a group of
radio buttons.  The first is modify default, the second one is for modify
application.

Hello all

2 questions

1.  i would like to have jaws read slower when i open up a word doc.  I
now have jaws 8 and cannot figure out how to do this where i dont have to
slow jaws down every time i open a word file.  i did it in jaws 6 but
forgot how i got it done in the first place.

2. anyone have scripts for  juno?  jaws 8 doesn't seem to work as well as
jaws 6 with juno.  jaws will read the message header before and after but
not the message that I am on.
