[JAWSLite] microsoft word 2003

I don't know what is going but when I want to print an envelope I select the
text which in this case is the address by down arrowing and holding the shift
key. Jaws reads the text all wrong. Lets say we will select an address
Arthur Barnie
371 north ridge road
dodge city wi 80999
jaws will say arthur Barnie
371 north rid
ge road wi
80199
It is printing okay but what is going
