You are on that list now.

The virtual cursor is a pointer JAWS uses to allow you to read some types
of documents where the programs you use do not allow the normal computer
cursor to go. Your Web browser is one of those programs. When you use a
text editor or word processor, you can move the real cursor around and
review the document and make changes to it. In your Web browser, the
computer only allows the cursor to go to some parts of the document. The
virtual cursor can go to all parts of the document. You can review it as
though you were reading a document in a word processor.

Hi
  I would like to see a Jaws list which would be willing to answer the type

of questions which are too basic to find help about.  One of these would be

"What is a virtual cursor?".  Or another might be what is an element?
