[JAWSLite] Re: jaws version problems

First, when you're system starts up and you're running JAWS 9, go into 
JAWS -> Options -> Basics .... and uncheck the box labelled 
"Automatically start JAWS." Now shutdown JAWS 9 and start JAWS 10. Now, 
with JAWS 10 running, do the same thing you did above, except now make 
sure the box is checked.

I haven't had the problem you described with Real Tech, but I have 
installed applications which either mute the audio volume or turn it 
down to 0. Not sure why they do this.
