well, I looked back at my software cds and didn't find anything but program
cds, no activation cds. But it's probably stuffed in there somewhere.
I've been a loyal jaws user who keeps updating my SMA -- they should
appreciate persons such as me, if I don't say so myself...
But as I said, the problem wasn't the key but the fact that I had run out of
activations for that old key, so jaws responded by saying I didn't have a
key.. Go figure.
And even then the person from FS had to read me the 20 digit key over the
phone.
Happy computing.

I hesitate to venture in on this topic, since I'm not sure what the
issue is, but I've only ever gotten one CD with an activation key on it,
and I think that came with JFW 6. Furthermore, the only time I've even
needed to hunt for my activation CD is when I've installed JFW on a new
computer. If I'm updating JFW on a PC then the activation key has always
been filled in for me. Recently, I did install JFW 9 on a new PC, and I
did use my activation key CD I got with JFW 6. I guess my point is that
your activation key doesn't change as you purchase new SMA's, and you
don't get or need a new activation CD. This is all my understanding,
backed up by my limited experience, but I'll quickly defer to anyone who
has more authoritative knowledge.
