[JAWSLite] downloading jaws 10

Hi all --
I am currently running the original release of jaws 10 and lately it has 
been crashing several times a day so that I need narrator to bail me out.
I went to the FS site and tried downloading the latest bugfix release of 
jaws10 and I can't get the download link to work.  My firewall blocks the 
ftp download and the http link won't activate at all.
Is there a trick to getting jaws 10 off the website?
