[JAWSLite] Re: control+alt assignments

You can always use Alt-Control-0 for JAWS 10.  But you probably also have 
Alt-Control-J assigned to your earliest version of JAWS and may not be aware 
of it. If that happens to be JAWS 8, then both Alt-Control-J and 
Alt-Control-8 will launch it.
