[JAWSLite] Re: consistency of two periods after spaces

Bruce,

Perhaps the question goes to the practice of several application designers of imposing their rules on the user. I'm one of those who prefers two spaces after a period when writing prose, but MS OE and other programs insist on correcting my double spaces to single spaces. I'm guessing that's the issue, but I don't have a universal answer. I find that each program requires different adjustments. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bruce Toews" <dogriver@xxxxxxxx>

This is going to sound stupid, I know, and I'm honestly not trying to be
stupid, but ... hitting the spacebar twice?

This is not application specific, but it is necessary that I have two
spaces after periods in numbered lists. Is there an easy way to do this?
 Thanks. Kurt
