[JAWSLite] collapsing

Several people have asked about my collapsed message problem.  I got wonderful 
advice from some of our listers and I am pasting below the advice from lister 
Jerry.

You have your messages grouped by conversation. That's why it says collapsed. 

To undo this, while the list of messages is open, go to view, current view 
submenu and arrow down to "group by conversation." It probably says checked.
To uncheck it, hit enter.
